All-in-one HRIS BerniePortal conducted a PTO survey to understand the current paid time off strategies and policies at small and mid-sized businesses. Surveying HR leaders at U.S. small and mid-sized organizations, the survey found that HR professionals are looking toward expanded PTO policies as a competitive differentiator to better attract and retain talent, but there are still significant challenges when it comes to PTO.
